Excellent products with the worse…
Excellent products with the worse packaging ever! So i decided to try this brand and wow i was so impressed with their formulas! First I bought a CC Cream - Hydrating and anti-aging concealer and it was a show stopper! Then I bought a few colors of the No-Tug gel liner and it was absolutely fantastic in the first 2 months of usage. At the third month the product started to come out of the pencil, getting dry and making it impossible to use.
The pump of the cc cream stopped to work and instead the product started to come out from underneath the pump.
I Love make up and I never had issues like that with any other similar brands specially in such a short period of time of usage!!!! I went back to the store where i bought it and they said it has been more than 90 days i bought the products so they are no longer responsible so i had to get in touch with IT costumer service... I did....to the one in the USA that said i should contact the one in the UK because i am in sweden (?!?) I tried to use the chat in the uk website and it wouldn´t work. Seriously... i loved the products i just wish i could USE what i payed for!!!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a concealer which had the consistency of glue. No shipping slip or invoice was included with package. Only the concealer was in the box. I've emailed them, called them (after holding twice for 15 minutes) eventually got cut off. The only response i got by email was to return it with the shipping slip or invoice that was included with item. I told them there was nothing else in box. No response since then - just got cut off on phone and wasn't called back despite giving the rep my phone number in case we got cut off. Go to amazon if you want their products. At least you can return with no aggravation.

Ordering IT cosmetics is a real SCAM
Ordering IT cosmetics is a real SCAM! Don’t waste your time. After over ONE MONTH trying to order online or on the phone with their promo code still no result!
There are so many other reputable companies with real customer service departments.

Awful service
Awful service. Received my first order today, one tube had clearly been used, phoned customer service and he said the tube would feel lighter because it has spf 40 not 50. Utter BS
He then said he didn't believe what I was saying and a picture wouldn't suffice I had to send back and my own cost. First and last order.
Order not sent, and no refund provided
Purchased some products in November. A product was missing, so I requested a refund, they said this would happen but it never did. I have followed up numerous times and just get ignored. Terrible service. It cosmetics is owned by L’Oréal - one of the biggest cosmetics businesses in the world - they need to invest more in their customer service teams as they are clearly unable to cope with their workload. Very disappointed. Avoid at all costs, the products aren’t worth the stress.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Product not delivered, I provided proof of this as was promised a refund, this has not been received despite numerous emails and further promises. Having now read other reviews this appears to be normal practice for this organisation.

Ordered the CC cream and paid £10 for…
Ordered the CC cream and paid £10 for Saturday delivery on Friday 3rd Dec. Ordered didn’t come on the Saturday so I emailed to cancel the order. Had not had a processed email. No response. Emailed again. No response. The following Saturday I received the order only to find the exact shade I ordered is lighter than my previous. No point trying to return because this company don’t respond! Tried ringing was trying to get through for 25 minutes give up in the end. Won’t be buying again absolute rip off!
Never buy from them, they charge you for the product they do not deliver
I am extremely disappointed with the It Cosmetics customer service, as only part of the order was delivered to me with an explanation that the product was OOS, and I should expect a refund within 7 days. The explanation was only given after my initial complaint. Almost a month later - no product, no refund. I chased and chased without any results. I reported the item missing a few weeks ago and still haven't received anything. This is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. My It Cosmetics complaint reference: 06712012

Bad experience
I’ve ordered from their site and was missing 1 item. They don’t send you order confirmation to your email, which is very weird. So 3 weeks I’ve been chasing either refund or replacement. Have called customer services twice and the wait is horrible (nearly 2 hours). Seems like 2 people working in customer service…. Never again

Black Friday Misleading
While I do like the products, I feel the Black Friday deal was misleading . After receiving numerous emails telling me not to miss out on a 30% discount I thought now would be the time to buy, however a week or so later I get one saying now 40 % off. If you say not to miss out this would surely indicate nothing better is coming ? I also messaged them with this and said I wish I had missed out on 30%, obviously 40 would have been better, not heard anything back, no surprise after reading other comments.

Terrible service ordered £200 of cosmetics - no one responds to any emails. Spoke to an operator who knew nothing. Emailed me a tracking number that doesnt exist. I have no idea where my cosmetics are and no confirmation of any cancellation. Just told no cancellation is now possible which is just ludicrous. So upset and frustrated with this company that has no idea what is going on and doesnt bother to respond to customers... wish I had read the reviews before
Many mistakes no service
Many mistakes, missing item in my order. Costumer service (if you can call it this way) is not helpful at all. The only thing they do is send your requests to other departments and never contact you back for an update of your case. I have been waiting for over a week because of their mistake. Will NOT order again on the website. Better to buy in store.

Do NOT buy from this company
Made an order and only received half the products. Been battling to get a refund from IT for weeks. On the phone they are unable to refund anything and keep getting told someone will get back to me in 2 days. Lo and behold after the 3rd phone and 2 emails no refund has been given. Unfortunately no choice but to go to my bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction.

Early Next Day Cut Off
You have to order before midday for next day delivery which is a ridiculously early cut off time. Not clearly stated at any stage on their website in the order process, it's only mentioned on their Deliveries page.
Paid £5.99 extra for an item that now won't get here on time. Called to speak to customer service, they said I can reject the package for a refund on items, but I'm more annoyed about the delivery cost which I would like refunded!
Not impressed, should have ordered through Boots instead.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I strongly recommend that you do not order anything. I placed an order for cc cream 13 May and they debited my credit card immediately with £65.
They have failed to send my product 12 days later.
I have sent two emails & used their chat line and have had no reply.
I will now have to try and stop the payment through my credit card.
